New web episode
Amy released a new web episode called "Making Friends" two days ago (April 1). It is available on the Making Fiends website and YouTube in HD.
This is the first new episode since the 2008 TV episodes, and the first web episode since 2005. Could this mean a third season of the web series? Amy has left us with no answers and it is unknown if the episode will remain on the website after she is back from her "vacation".

Possible return in July
According to users on the Making Fiends Message Boards on nick.com, TV season 2 will premiere on July 4, 2011. User cheesybees tells us that "Making Fiends Season 2, Volume 1" will be released on DVD on June 8, 2011.
